So, Where is Kingdom Strollers at Orlando Airport?

Kingdom Stroller’s Pickup and Drop Off Counter is located on the first floor of Orlando International Airport in Terminal A as pictured on the map:

Orlando Airport has a pretty odd layout so it’s important to understand how to get around. Read a more detailed explanation and get a map showing you how to get to the Kingdom Strollers location at MCO below:

MCO Layout Explained

MCO Airport is unique and a little confusing to understand. To understand the layout see the details below:

Level 3

  • You will find Ticketing, Security, and the Shuttle to your Gate on Level 3.
  • This is also the only level where you can walk from Terminal A to Terminal B. So make sure you go to the right terminal before you take an elevator. You can not switch terminals on level 1 or 2.

Level 2

  • You will find most Bag Claim locations on Level 2
  • During normal hours, you can get an Uber or Lyft on Level 2 Terminals A and B.

Level 1

  • Ground Transportation, car rental agencies, and a few bag claim locations are on level 1. (Kingdom Stroller is in Terminal A and Mears Transportation is in Terminal B)
  • You can get an Uber or Lyft on Level 3 between the hours of 9 PM – 2 AM.

Photos and step-by-step Directions to find kingdom strollers at MCO

I recommend going to get your stroller before getting your bags or if you can split up and send one person down to get the stroller while the other person waits for luggage. It might be tricky to get your luggage while holding a toddler, so having the stroller will be super helpful.

Take the Shuttle to the Terminal

When your flight lands you will follow the signs to the shuttle station. This shuttle will take you to the main terminal where you will find Terminal A and Terminal B.

If you arrive in Terminal A

If you arrive in terminal A then your instructions are super easy – just hop on the elevator and go to the 1st floor. Scroll down to follow the instructions once you are off the elevator.

Terminal B

If you arrive in Terminal B you will walk across the Main Terminal that connects Terminal A & B. This is the seating area that divides the two terminals. Walk straight across to Terminal A (Look for the big RED “A”).

Then take an elevator to the 1st Floor. You can also take the escalator but please note the instructions below are from the elevator. Scroll down to follow the instructions once you are off the elevator.

Terminal C

Arriving from Terminal C: Take the escalators to the Terminal Link. The Terminal Link (like a monorail) will take you to Terminal A/B. then take an elevator or escalator to the 1st Floor. Scroll down to follow the instructions once you are off the elevator.

Once You Get Off the Elevator:

When you get off the elevator in Terminal A you will turn right and head toward the USO lounge. It is usually not very busy and might look very empty! On the left before the USO lounge, you will see a Wrap and Fly Counter and the signs for Kingdom Strollers. This is where you will pick up and drop off your stroller.

Once you have your stroller you’ll want to go get your luggage from bag check. You might have to back up to Level 3 to get to the right Terminal for your bag check. You can ask an employee if you need help.

If your bag check is in Terminal A, just take the elevator up one level. If your bag claim is in Terminal B you will need to go back up to Level 3 and across to Terminal B before going back down the elevator to Level 2. It’s a very inconvenient layout!

I think getting your stroller first will save you and give you the ability to keep your child(ren) secure and safe while you get your luggage.

I hope you found this post helpful. My first few visits to the Orlando Airport were a bit confusing and now that I understand the layout it is so much easier to find my way around.
