Each time I write about an EPCOT festival I start by writing, “this is my favorite festival”. I know that they can’t all be my favorite but I truly do love them all. The Flower and Garden Festival has beautiful dishes as well. I love how the chefs often add edible flowers to the dishes to tie in the festival theme.

While it was delicious it was not as cold as I thought it would be considering it was flash “frozen” in the liquid nitro. Good but not amazing!
