Sebastian’s Bistro Review – Family Style Dining at Walt Disney World
We recently made it over to Caribbean Beach Resort and had an incredible meal at Sebastian’s Bistro. This restaurant tops our best-kept secret list, and we think it’s worth adding to your plans. This all-you-care-to-enjoy family-style meal delivers a surprisingly generous spread at a fraction of the price you’d expect.

The Menu at Sebastian’s Bistro
Sebastian’s Bistro serves a family-style dinner. Everyone receives a salad and bread to share, then you can choose from the Taste of the Caribbean or Harvest of the Caribbean (a plant-based option). You can add Crab and Seafood cake or fried coconut shrimp to your meal for an added cost. Dessert is the restaurant’s own special House-made coconut-pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Our Dinner at Sebastian’s Bistro
We enjoyed dinner at Sebastian’s Bistro and chose the Taste of the Caribbean option for our main dish.
Our dinner began with warm pull-apart rolls served with a guava butter and caramelized onion jam. We were served a mixed green salad, including spiced candied pepitas, tropical fruit, and a delicious key lime dressing.

The main platters included citrus-roasted chicken, slow-cooked mojo pork with a mango sauce, chili-rubbed beef topped with mojito relish, and baked fish with Veracruz sauce. The steak was cooked perfectly, it was fresh, not dry, and spiced nicely.

On the side, we had cilantro rice and beans, candied plantains, and roasted vegetables. Not only was each dish delicious, but we could also ask for a refill of any of the items anytime during our meal.

The dessert included with our meal was their famous coconut-pineapple bread pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Yes, even the dessert was bottomless; our server was happy to bring us extra ice cream when we asked.
Watch Fireworks from the Restaurant

As we finished our meal, we were able to watch the EPCOT fireworks right from our table. Many people stepped outside to watch the fireworks, too. They did not pipe in the music, but it was really fun to see the fireworks without the crowds.
How expensive is Sebastian’s Bistro?
The whole experience was great, and at around $39 per adult (even less if you can use an Annual Pass discount!)
Sebastian’s Bistro offers incredible value! Advanced reservations for Sebastian’s Bistro are recommended. If it is not a busy time, you may be able to get a seat using their walk-up waiting list option. Check the My Disney Experience App to see if this is available. This is a hidden gem worth visiting on your next visit.
