Nomad Lounge Review – Animal Kingdom’s Best Kept Secret?
Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom Park is our favorite stop when we are looking for a place to rest and grab a light bite. They do not take reservations for the lounge, instead, you can join the walk-up wait list on the MyDisneyExperience App or you can walk up and add your name to the list. We have never waited too long to get a seat, and we typically wander around Pandora while we wait.

We enjoy coming to Nomad Lounge for a light lunch or appetizers and a drink. They offer several options for small plates, and handcrafted drinks are available with and without alcohol.
The Atmosphere
Nomad Lounge is the lounge that is attached to Tiffins Restaurant. There is indoor dining if you’re looking to get out of the heat. Inside, there is plenty of seating and beautiful African-inspired decor similar to what you find at Tiffins Restaurant.
We have always asked to sit outside on the covered deck area. I love the peaceful environment beside the water.
There are tables for two by the water and larger seating areas with comfortable couch-like seating and a low table if you have a larger group.
The Menu
The menu at Nomad Lounge includes shareable appetizers, including special items that change regularly. We have tried several dishes at Nomad Lounge over the years. Below are some of my favorites:
- Pineapple-Glazed Pork Belly
- The Cuban Frita Sliders with Yuka Fries
- Grilled Chicken Satay
- Churros
- Korean Barbecue Mushroom Bao Buns
The Cost of Dining at Nomad Lounge
The pricing at Nomad Lounge is not terrible if you are sharing your small plates; they range from $10 – $21. Cocktails range from $14 – $18, and non-alcoholic beverages go up to $8.
