Main Street USA

Mickey and Minnie Mouse Together at the Town Square Theater.

This year, Mickey and Minnie Mouse will meet with guests together at Town Square Theater.

Jack Skullington and Sally: at the Town Square Theater

This is by far the most popular meet-and-greet during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and their costumes have been updated for 2025. The line can be hours long, so plan ahead for your trip. Jack and Sally have often been meeting guests earlier than 7 p.m.

Jack and Sally do not sign autographs, however, you will receive a card with Jack and Sally’s autograph.

Cruella de Vil as you walk into the party on the Market STreet (the Main Street Bypass)

Cruella will greet you and possibly make fun of you as you walk into Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. It is usually a fun interaction, but there is no official meet and greet. You can grab a selfie with her in the background.

Mother Gothel:

Mother Gothel (from Tangled) can also be seen along Market Street at various times.

Fantasyland

Daisy Duck, and Goofy Inside Pete’s Silly Sideshow

Goofy is dressed in his Halloween Pirate costume along with Daisy Duck.

Donald Duck – at Mickey’s PhilharMagic

Meet Donald Duck, dressed in his pumpkin costume.

Pluto at the Entrance to Storybook Circus

Evil Queen: in the queue at the Princess Fairytale Hall

Maleficent: in the queue at the Princess Fairytale Hall

Princess Ariel and Prince Eric: Near journey of the Little Mermaid ride

You can meet both Princess Ariel and Prince Eric together during the party.

Belle in the queue for Enchanted tales with Bell –

Location not confirmed for 2025. Belle is dressed in the same outfit that she wears when she meets guests in EPCOT France Pavillion, so if you’re short on time during the party you may want to opt for a meet-and-greet at EPCOT another day of your trip.

Gaston: Near Gaston’s Tavern

Details to be announced.

Anastasia and Drizella and the wicked stepmother (Lady Tremaine) – usually wandering around the castle in Fantasyland.

These sisters are so much fun! If you see them walking around, be sure to chat with them and get a photo!

Alice and the Mad Hatter: By the Mad Tea Party Ride

While Alice will be in our normal attire during MNSSHP, the Mad Hatter is a much more rare character. You can meet the Mad Hatter at 1900 Park Fare but he is not often seen in the parks.

Queen of Hearts: By the Mad Tea Party Ride

The Queen of Hearts only meets guests during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! She takes turns greeting guests with Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum. If you time your visit right you’ll be able to meet the Queen then get back in line to meet Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle Dum.

Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum: By the Mad Tea Party Ride

This famous duo is exclusive to the party as well. They take turns greeting guests with the Queen of Hearts.

Pooh and friends: Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger: at Pooh’s Thoutful Spot By the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride

You can meet Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger In their adorable Halloween costumes. This line typically gets long, so you may also want to try to meet them during a show or parade if possible. You can also receive a card with Pooh and his friend’s autographs.

Liberty Square

Madame Carlotta, Madame Renatta, Butler Broome: in the Haunted Mansion Queue

Not confirmed for 2025

Adventureland

Aladdin and Abu: Across from the Magic Carpets ride at Agraha Bazaar

Aladdin and Abu meet with guests together, so you will wait in one line for both characters. Their meet-and-greet is outside. Abu is a rare character, not see in the parks except during MNSSHP. Jasmine and Genie also meet at the same location, and the two pairs take turns meeting guests.

Princess Jasmine and Genie : Across from the Magic Carpets ride at Agraha Bazaar

You can meet Genie and Jasmine together during the party. They don’t usually meet guests together in the parks, so they are a great meet-and-greet to get in line for. They take turns with Aladdin and Abu meeting guests in the same area.

Jafar: Near the Magic Carpets ride in Adventureland

Jafar is a very rare character. This villain only comes out on spooky nights like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. He won’t talk to you but you can get a photo with him.

Jack Sparrow: Across from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride

Jack is often spotted in Magic Kingdom, so this meet-and-greet is not a must-do during MNSSHP. He is also in his usual attire. I would save party time for other exclusive meet-and-greets.

Moana: at the Enchanted Tiki Room

Details to be announced.

Frontierland

Wendell, Romeo McGrowl, Big Al, Shaker: Near Country Bear Jamboree

They are wandering around outside of the Country Bear Jamboree greeting guests.

Meeting Seven Dwarfs at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party

Characters from Past Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

The Seven Dwarfs – Have not been back since 2023, Our fingers are crossed that they will come back someday

We met with the 7 Dwarfs later in the evening and there was no line!! So if you’re hoping to see them try to plan for later in the evening when the crowds die down or during a parade or stage show. You will also receive a card with all 7 Dwarfs autographs.

Cinderella, Elena, Rapunzel and Tiana: Seen in past years

This is a normal (non-Halloween-themed) meet-and-greet. In previous years they have been in their regular outfits, so if you have time to meet them another time during your trip I would encourage you to save party time for exclusive Halloween character meet-and-greets.
