How to get photos with Characters at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
Disney will have PhotoPass Photographers and cast members at every meet and greet. You can ask them to take a photo with your camera or phone if you would like. You can also purchase PhotoPass (which I recommend!) to get even more photos (including ride photos) for the whole day including during the party.
Find Character meet-and-greet Wait Times on My Disney Experience App (MDE)
You’ll find estimates for each meet-and-greet on the MDE app. We’ve found that these are usually high estimates and that actual wait times are much shorter.

Mickey Mouse
Location: Town Square Theater.
Meets with guests during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at Town Square Theater. He is dressed in his Halloween Suit.
Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Donald Duck
Location: Storybook Circus in Fantasyland
Minnie Mouse dressed as a witch, Daisy Duck dressed as a princess, and Donald Duck in his Pumpkin costume. One perk of this meet-and-greet is that there is only one line for all 3 characters. So you don’t have to get into 3 different lines.
The line to meet Minnie, Daisy, and Donald might be long at the beginning of the night but it is quite short later in the evening.
Goofy
Location: Outside the Barnstormer
Goofy is dressed in his Halloween Pirate costume. His line is usually a bit shorter, so you can get photos with him after you meet with the others at Storybook Circus.
Jack Skullington and Sally
Location: Town Square Theater
This is by far the most popular meet-and-greet during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. The line can be hours long, so plan ahead for your trip. Jack and Sally have been often meeting guests earlier than 7 p.m.
You will also receive a card with Jack and Sally’s autograph.
The Seven Dwarfs
Location: Inside Pete’s Silly Side Show
We met with the 7 Dwarfs later in the evening and there was no line!! So if you’re hoping to see them try to plan for later in the evening when the crowds die down or during a parade or stage show. You will also receive a card with all 7 Dwarfs autographs.
Like Jack and Sally, The Seven Dwarfs have been occasionally meeting guests earlier than 7pm.
Stitch
Location: Across from Monster’s Inc. Laugh Floor in Tomorrowland.
Stitch greets guests dressed in his Elvis costume. You will also receive a card with Stitch’s autograph.
Cinderella, Elena, Rapunzel and Tiana
Location: Princess Fairytale Hall
This is a normal (non-halloween-themed) meet-and-greet. They will be in their regular outfits so if you have time to meet them another time during your trip I would encourage you to save party time for exclusive Halloween character meet-and-greets.

Princess Ariel and Prince Eric
Location: In front of Under the Sea in Fantasyland
You can meet both Princess Ariel and Prince Eric together during the party.
Belle
Location: In front of Maurice’s Cottage in Fantasyland
Belle is dressed in the same outfit that she wears when she meets guests in EPCOT UK Pavillion, so if you’re short on time during the party you may want to opt for a meet-and-greet at EPCOT another day of your trip.
Anastasia and Drizella
Location: They are usually wandering around the castle in Fantasyland.
These sisters are so much fun! If you see them walking around be sure to chat with them and get a photo!
Alice and the Mad Hatter
Location: By the Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland
While Alice will be in our normal attire during MNSSHP, the Mad Hatter is a much more rare character. You can meet the Mad Hatter at 1900 Park Fare but he is not often seen in the parks.
Queen of Hearts
Location: By the Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland
The Queen of Hearts only meets guests during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! She takes turns greeting guests with Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum. If you time your visit right you’ll be able to meet the Queen then get back in line to meet Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle Dum.
Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum
Location: By the Mad Tea Party in Fantasyland
This famous duo is exclusive to the party as well. They take turns greeting guests with Queen of Hearts.
Pooh and friends: Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger
Location: By the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh ride in Fantasyland
You can meet Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger In their Halloween adorable costumes. This line typically gets long, so you may also want to try to meet them during a show or parade if possible. You can also receive a card with Pooh and his friend’s autographs.
Aladdin and Abu
Location: Across from the Magic Carpets ride in Adventureland
Aladdin and Abu meet with guests together so you will wait in one line for both characters. Their meet-and-greet is outside. Abu is a rare character, not see in the parks except during MNSSHP. Jasmine and Genie also meet at the same location and the two pair take turns meeting guests.
Princess Jasmine and Genie
Location: Across from the Magic Carpets ride in Adventureland
You can meet Genie and Jasmine together during the party. They don’t usually meet guests together in the parks so they are a great meet-and-greet to get inline for. They take turns with Aladdin and Abu meeting guests in the same area.
Jafar
Location: Near the Magic Carpets ride in Adventureland
Jafar is a very rare character. This villain only comes out on spooky nights like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. He won’t talk to you but you can get a photo with him.
Jack Sparrow
Location: Across from the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. (in his regular outfit)
Jack is often spotted in Magic Kingdom, so this meet-and-greet is not a must-do during MNSSHP. He is also in his usual attire. I would save party time for other exclusive meet-and-greets.
