Wondering where to go to buy the famous Mickey Beignets? For sweet cravings, Scat Cat’s Club – Café at Port Orleans French Quarter is the place to go. This is where you will find the signature Disney beignets!
These traditional New Orleans treats are fluffy fried pastries dusted with powdered sugar – like a warm donut… but better!
Grab an iconic Mickey Mouse-shaped beignet, or better yet, try the Beignet sundae. You can also pick up a delicious coffee or espresso in the morning.
Seasonal Beignet Flavors at Port Orleans French Quarter
There are usually seasonal beignet flavors available if you’d like to try something a little different.
Seasonal flavors change regularly and some flavors do not return but here are some of the seasonal beignet flavors we’ve seen at Disney World’s Scat Cat Cafe:
- Winter – Peppermint Mickey-Shaped Beignet
- Christmas time: (usually through January 30th) Hot Cocoa Beignets
- New Years – New Year’s Champagne Beignet
- St. Patrick’s Day – Mickey’s Shamrock Beignet – Mint Chocolate Ganache
- Mardi Gras – Bananas Foster Beignets
- Halloween – Goulish Delight (cookies and Cream) Beignets

The cafe offers more than just Beignets – although that’s the main reason most people visit. You can also pick up a specialty espresso beverage, coffee, or tea. Bottled water, juice, regular and chocolate milk as well as some adult “boozy” beignet flavors as well!
On my last day at Disney in January, I spent the morning at Port Orleans French Quarter. I picked up a cappuccino and beignets and just sat and enjoyed the ambiance at the French Quarter. The cappuccino is made using an automatic machine but the espresso was surprisingly good!
How Much Do Beignets at Disney World Cost – at Skat Cat Cafe?
We think the beignets are an affordable Mickey treat to try if you visit Port Orleans French Quarter-
- 3 large Mickey beignets are around $7.79. This is plenty for 2-3 people to share!
- The boozy beignets will cost a bit more at $12.49 for 2
- The Specialty Beignets are about $7.99 for 3
We spent a night at the Scat Cat Lounge enjoying some live Jazz and we shared a (huge!) Beignet Sundae from the cafe. It was a great (inexpensive) date night at Disney.
We now make it a priority to swing by POFQ to grab a quick beignet whenever we’re down at Disney.
How to get to Scat Cat’s Club – Cafe (at Port Orleans French Quarter)
If you are staying at a Disney World Resort property you will have access to the free Disney Transportation. Getting to Port Orleans French Quarter is easier if you are leaving from a Disney World park or Disney Springs.
If you are leaving from one of the Disney Resorts you may want to consider taking a Lyft or Uber (we always recommend Lyft) the cost is pretty minimal and you can save lots of time!
If you’d like to use the free Disney World Transportation from your resort you will want to go to a Disney World Park and take a Disney Bus to Port Orleans French Quarter.
You can also take a Disney World bus to Disney Springs where you can switch busses or walk over to the dock and take a boat over to French Quarter. The boat ride is so nice, so if you happen to be spending some time at Disney Springs I would recommend taking the boat if you have time. Just be sure to check the operation times for the boat before you leave.
