EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is one of my favorite times to visit EPCOT. The beautiful topiaries and gardens are always a highlight; it’s just a beautiful time to visit. Some of my favorite foods are offered during the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival, which is why I created this checklist.

Having a printable checklist of the food at the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival is a fun way to track what you’ve tried. It’s also super helpful to know where to find the food that you want to try. Rather than take out your phone or look through the Festival Passport, you can have a handy list printed out (or just saved to your phone) to glance at.
I recommend highlighting the foods that you want to try, then checking them off as you go.
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival Checklist of Food
On this printable, you’ll find the names and locations of the outdoor food kitchens and a list of dishes you’ll find there. Plant-Based items are marked with a 🥕. If you are using the Disney Dining Plan, most of the dishes at the stands can be purchased with a snack credit. You will see the Disney Dining Plan purple icon next to each item that is eligible.
