The EPCOT Food and Wine Festival 2024 Everything You Need to Know
The Epcot Food and Wine Festival is an annual event that takes you on a culinary adventure around the world. While food is an integral part of all of the Epcot festivals it is the heart of the International Food and Wine Festival. The Food and Wine Festival generally starts in late summer or early fall and runs until mid-November.Â

Food Booths
As you might expect for a food festival, there are lots of delicious menu offerings to choose from. The festival typically has more than 20 food booths, all of whom have multiple options to choose from. These are in addition to the dining locations always found in the park, and many of those also have some special offerings for the festival.

Emile’s Fromage Montage
Emile’s Fromage Montage is basically like a cheese crawl around the World Showcase that the whole family can enjoy. There are ten different cheese menu items that you can try and if you try five of them stamped in your festival passport you can receive a special prize.

Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak

Scavenger hunts are a lot of fun for everyone and each Epcot Festival includes at least one scavenger hunt.
What is Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak?
Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak scavenger hunt will take you through the World Showcase searching for hidden Remy mini-statues. You’ll find 14 Remy statues, each gathering ingredients for his famous Ratatouille. When you find a statue you can mark it off on your map with the included stickers. Once you’ve found them all you can return your card to get a fun prize!
Where can I get the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak scavenger hunt map?
You can purchase your scavenger hunt map for $9.99 at these locations:

- Disney Traders (on the World Showcase Promenade)
- Port of Entry (on the World Showcase Promenade)
- Creations Shop
- World Traveler at International Gateway
- Festival Merchandise Kiosks
Where can I turn in my map for a prize?
You can pick up your Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Prize at the locations below. To save you time, you can also pick up the prize right away before you even complete the challenge. This is a great option if you want to save time instead of returning when you are done. Everyone who purchases the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak Map is entitled to 1 prize per card.
- Creations Shop, Disney Traders
- World Traveler at International Gateway
Do I need to purchase the Remy’s Ratatouille Hide and Squeak Map to participate?
You only need to purchase the map if you want the map with the list of locations, the stickers, and if you want to get a prize. You can still have fun simply searching for all 14 statues of Remy through World Showcase.

Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit
Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit is a Halloween-themed scavenger hunt to entertain little ones throughout the park. It is available from late September to Halloween. You can purchase a map for $10 and mark your finds for a special prize, or simply search for the Disney character pumpkins for fun at no additional charge.

If you are planning a trip to EPCOT for the festival, I hope you found the article helpful. You can expect to find all of these activities plus so much more at the Food and Wine Festival. Each year Disney adds or changes things so there’s always something new to look forward to.
Other Festivals Held at EPCOT
EPCOT hosts a variety of festivals throughout the year. One of my very favorite festivals is the Flower and Garden Festival which is usually held at the end of February through May. The park becomes even more beautiful with colorful floral displays, topiaries, International gardens, and International Food Kitchens.
